01 · The challenge
Selling trust before selling the service.
Whoever hires concierge and security is handing over access to their building or company to another team. The website had to show who is behind Sentinela, prove there is a method and make clear the service follows the law, before asking for contact.
02 · The solution
A website that looks like a serious operation, from top to bottom.
Real photos of the team and the control room, a dark palette with military green and direct copy. The page introduces the founder and his background, the three services, the reasons to choose the company and the five-step process, with proposal requests and WhatsApp at the start and at the end.
