01 · The challenge
Selling lots in a neighborhood that is still being built.
People buying a lot off-plan want to be sure the construction is moving, that the development is legally registered and that the location is worth it. The page had to answer all of this quickly and lead interested buyers to talk to a consultant.
02 · The solution
A page that follows the order of the buyer’s questions.
Price and terms right at the top, construction progress with photos and drone video, distances to school, supermarket and health center, and the development’s registrations in the footer. WhatsApp shows up at the top and at the end, with the message already written.
03 · Structure
Each section answers a question.
The page is long, but nothing is extra: each block removes an objection before calling for contact.
-

What was optimized
-
Page cache
With WP Rocket, visitors get the page ready-made instead of WordPress building everything on every visit.
-
Lazy load
Photos, videos and the map only load when they get close to the screen, and the top shows up first.
-
Minification
Lean CSS and JavaScript, without spaces and comments, so fewer and lighter files are downloaded.
-
JavaScript under control
Scripts the page doesn’t use were removed or deferred, so it responds quickly to touch.
